These terms apply to services provided by NexGro Digital Solutions. Your written quote or proposal sets out the specific scope, price and timing for your project and takes priority over these general terms if they differ.

Quotes and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans are billed in advance and run month to month with no lock-in period. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel with notice before your next billing date. Fees already paid are not refundable for the current month.

Advertising spend

Advertising budgets for Google, Meta and other platforms are paid directly to those platforms and are separate from our management fees.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to have the rights to any content, images and logos you supply to us. You are responsible for the products, services and claims your business makes.

Ownership

Once paid for, your website content, design and domain belong to your business. Third-party software, themes, plugins and stock images remain subject to their own licences.

Results

We work hard to improve rankings, traffic and enquiries, but search engines and ad platforms are controlled by third parties, so we cannot guarantee specific rankings or results.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to re-supplying the services or refunding the fees paid for the affected service.
